Possible NAP with non-Alliance player

Cosmo (rank #214; 3:374:7) tried an attack, I saved at last possible second. He was impressed. So, he & I got to talking about the high ranking players in G4 in this area (lots of them), who might be unwitting targets. Seems these are mostly outpost colonies worthy of farming.

I asked him to consider joining GWN, he is thinking about it.

So, do we have any rules about NAPs with un-allied players.

Not a formal NAP agreement with un-allied players, however, we also don't attack friends. We can have an informal agreement in good faith.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll see what Cosmo wants. He has decent enough rank to benefit GWN considerably. He's from Utah.
